Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message.

Shipping Charges

  • A flat delivery charge of PKR 300 is applied to all orders across Pakistan.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery times may vary during sales, promotions, or due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, courier delays, etc.).

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service for customer convenience.

  • Please ensure availability to receive your order at the provided address.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • BagEZ will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Failed or Refused Deliveries

  • If an order is refused or cannot be delivered due to customer unavailability, the customer may be responsible for additional delivery charges for re-shipment.
